Getting started
HighPassCV helps you organise your academic and professional information in one reusable Master Profile, then use it to prepare tailored CVs for international applications.
You can explore destinations and public guidance without completing an account. You need to sign in to save a Master Profile, create drafts, edit saved documents, and access your dashboard.
The Master Profile is the reusable source of your personal, education, experience, project, publication, skill, and language information. You enter real information once and reuse it across different CV drafts.
No. You can explore destinations, select options, and save a draft while your profile is incomplete. Before a document is prepared, the sections genuinely required for that document must contain enough information.
CVs and documents
Yes. The Free plan includes unlimited CV creation, editing, and available CV export methods. There is no monthly CV quota. Normal security, technical, and acceptable-use limits still apply.
Yes. You can select a destination, university, degree level, and programme, then create a separate draft for that application. The available structure can become more specific as verified destination and programme guidance is added.
Yes. Every draft should be reviewed and edited. The document must accurately reflect your real history, voice, intentions, and the latest requirements of the target institution.
The preview currently supports the available browser printing or save-as-PDF workflow. Native secure PDF and DOCX options may be added as the export system develops. The interface will show which export methods are available at the time you use it.
No. Recommendation letters are not part of the HighPassCV document system. A recommendation should come from the real recommender who knows the applicant and can honestly support the statements made.
Plans and upcoming features
Yes. The Free plan costs €0 and includes unlimited CV creation and available CV export methods for any supported destination.
No. Plus and Pro are currently marked Coming Soon. They cannot be purchased or activated yet, and HighPassCV should not charge you for either plan while they remain unavailable.
The planned Plus price is €5.99 per month. It is designed to include unlimited CVs, 10 Application Letters per month, 10 doctoral Research Proposals per month, and standard position recommendations. These tools remain unavailable until launch.
The planned Pro price is €9.99 per month. It is designed to include unlimited CVs, 30 Application Letters per month, 30 doctoral Research Proposals per month, and more detailed position ranking. These tools remain unavailable until launch.
Cover Letters and Motivation Letters will share one monthly Application Letter allowance. For example, five Cover Letters and five Motivation Letters would use all ten letters in a future Plus billing period.
The planned Research Proposal tool is intended for doctoral or PhD applications. It will provide an editable structure, but applicants must supply and verify the real research idea, methodology, sources, ethics, and feasibility.
The future recommendation system is intended to compare profile information with available universities, programmes, supervisors, funding opportunities, or positions. Plus will use standard matching and Pro will use deeper ranking signals.
Recommendations will be suggestions only. Always verify the opportunity and eligibility rules at the official source.
Accuracy, honesty, and AI
No. HighPassCV helps organise information and prepare editable drafts. Decisions are made by universities, employers, funding bodies, immigration authorities, and other independent organisations.
No. Do not include qualifications, employment, awards, publications, citations, references, research results, or other claims that are not true and supportable. HighPassCV is designed to work from information you genuinely provide.
No service can honestly guarantee how a third-party AI detector will classify text. Detection tools can be inconsistent and can produce incorrect results. Your safest approach is to review, personalise, and rewrite the document so it truthfully reflects your own voice, experience, and intentions.
Requirements can change. HighPassCV guidance should be treated as helpful preparation, not a replacement for the official programme page. Check the latest deadline, format, page limit, language requirement, and required attachments before submitting.
Account and privacy
Your information is used to operate your account, save your Master Profile and drafts, prepare requested documents, provide support, protect the service, and meet legal obligations. Read the Privacy Policy for details.
Yes. The Account Settings page includes an account-data export option that prepares a JSON copy of available profile, draft, subscription, usage, and document-record information.
Open Account Settings and follow the deletion instructions. The current process requires a verified request sent from your account email to amirhosenzakeri@gmail.com .
Yes. Account Settings can start an email change, send a secure password-reset message, and sign out other active sessions. Email confirmation may be required.
Troubleshooting and support
- Check that the email address is typed correctly.
- Confirm your email if the account is waiting for verification.
- Use the password-reset option on the login page.
- Refresh the page with Ctrl + F5 and try again.
- Contact support if the problem continues.
Include the page name, what you clicked, what you expected, what actually happened, the visible error message, and a screenshot when possible. Do not email passwords, secret keys, payment details, or sensitive identity documents.
