1. Overview

This policy explains the cookies, local storage, session storage, and similar browser technologies used by HighPassCV.

At launch, HighPassCV does not use advertising cookies, behavioural advertising, or third-party analytics cookies.

2. Essential authentication and security storage

Supabase authentication stores session information in the browser so a signed-in user can remain authenticated, access their own account data, and securely sign out.

Removing essential session storage will sign the user out or prevent authenticated features from working.

3. Functional browser storage

  • saved interface and plan preferences;
  • temporary support-form drafts stored only in the browser;
  • application-flow state necessary to move between selection and preview pages;
  • security and authentication state required by the service.

Functional storage is used only to provide features requested by the user.

4. Provider requests

The website is delivered through Netlify and uses Supabase for authentication, database, and private storage. Interface icons are loaded from Cloudflare's cdnjs service.

These providers may receive standard technical request data, including IP address, browser information, requested resource, and request time. HighPassCV does not use those requests to create advertising profiles.

5. Analytics and advertising

HighPassCV does not deploy non-essential analytics, retargeting, or advertising cookies at launch.

If non-essential analytics or advertising technologies are introduced later, HighPassCV will update this policy and, where required, request consent before activating them.

6. User controls

Browser settings can delete or block cookies and browser storage. Blocking essential storage may prevent login, profile saving, document generation, and other account features from working.

The support-form draft can be cleared from the Contact page. Signing out removes the active authenticated session from the application.

7. Changes

This policy will be updated if HighPassCV introduces a new storage technology, analytics provider, advertising service, or materially different purpose.

8. Contact
